Wide format printing onto thin adhesive vinyl sheet is common in the sign industry. A machine driven knife is used to profile the vinyl after printing to produce print-and-cut stickers.
The printed vinyl can be laminated onto many types of backing sheet, such as Colorbond steel, acrylic, aluminium and timber.
For best results and longevity, we recommend that the print should be clear overlaminated. This manufacturing method is cost effective, even for small quantities. The artwork quality is important to theĀ finished job appearance.
For best results, vector artwork in eps format is suggested. Artwork in bitmap or jpeg format may lose definition when blown up from their orginal size.
